Tabletop Inventory Manager — Last Updated: April 16, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using Tabletop Inventory Manager ("TIM", "the App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

2. Description of Service

TIM is a digital tool for managing tabletop RPG characters, inventories, and party coordination. It includes free features and optional paid features.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
One person may not maintain multiple free accounts to circumvent premium features

4. Premium License

The premium license is a one-time purchase of $3.99 (USD)
It unlocks premium features (Shop Generator, Bastion System, Party Sync, Content Workshop)
The license is tied to your account and works across all platforms (web, Android, iOS)
Premium features may be expanded over time at no additional cost
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (14-day, no-questions-asked refund window)

5. AI Token Packs

AI tokens are used for image generation (item icons and character portraits)
Tokens are non-refundable once any tokens from a pack are spent
Zero-use token packs are refundable within 7 days of purchase — see Refund Policy
Unused tokens do not expire
Token prices and pack sizes may change; purchased tokens are not affected by price changes
If image generation fails due to a service error, tokens are automatically refunded

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all characters, custom content, and data you create
You grant us a limited license to transmit your data as needed to provide the service (e.g., Party Sync)
We do not claim ownership of AI-generated images created through the App
You are responsible for ensuring your custom content does not infringe on others' intellectual property

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App to generate content that violates any law
Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service
Resell or redistribute the App or its premium features

8. D&D Content and Intellectual Property

TIM includes content from the D&D 5th Edition Systems Reference Document (SRD 5.1)

TIM is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, data preservation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Always keep local backups of important character data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the App.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → "Delete Account".
