Premium License ($3.99 One-Time Purchase)

We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund window on the premium license.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason within 14 days of purchase, contact us and we will issue a full refund.
After 14 days, refunds are granted at our discretion for technical issues that prevent you from using premium features.
Upon refund, premium features will be deactivated on your account.

AI Token Packs

AI token packs are used for generating character portraits and item icons.

350 tokens	$9.99
800 tokens	$19.99

Zero tokens used: Full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Any tokens used: Non-refundable. Once you have spent any tokens from a pack, the remaining balance is not eligible for a refund.
If image generation fails due to a service error on our end, the tokens for that failed generation are automatically refunded to your balance.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at silosupport@gmail.com with:

The email address associated with your account
Your approximate purchase date
What you purchased (premium license or token pack)
Reason for the refund (optional but helpful)

Processing Time

Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Google Play Purchases

If you purchased through the Google Play Store, refund requests for purchases made within the last 48 hours can be submitted directly through Google:
